MARK A. BRIONEZ, ESQ.

Mr. Brionez is a native Floridian. He was born in Tampa, Florida, and attended high school in Hillsborough County, Florida. Mr. Brionez attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in May 2001. As an undergraduate student at St. Mary's University, Mr. Brionez became a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree, Mr. Brionez returned to Florida where he attended the University of Florida's Levin College of Law and graduated in May 2004 with his Juris Doctor. Mr. Brionez has practiced law in Central Florida since he was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2004. He has been rated an "AV" attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating possible.

Mr. Brionez is admitted to practice in all Florida courts. In addition, Mr. Brionez is admitted to practice in the Eleventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Brionez' areas of practice include:
